高级研究岗/研究助理, 金融研究室


岗位描述:


岗位职责:

• 主要负责总行、香港分行提供海外经济金融研究支持和决策参考,致力于输出高水平研究成果。

• 负责牵头完成有关宏观经济、区域经济、绿色金融、人民币国际化等相关课题研究项目;

• 牵头组织开展海外发展监管政策等项目研究;

• 牵头课题立项、实施及总结;

• 牵头组织完成信息搜集、数据整理及分析,协助搭建研究数据库;

• 牵头撰写分行重要的综合文字报告;

• 领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求:

• 本科及以上学历,具备金融、经济、商科等相关专业或法律、信息等理工专业背景,具有交叉学科背景者优先;

• 具有3年以上工作经验,具有证券(或基金)公司、银行等宏观经济研究岗、监管机构、学术机构和其他研究机构等工作经历者优先;或主要财经媒体财经分析经验;

• 具有一定研究成果,有独立研究能力;

• 熟悉宏观研究、政策研究的研究方法,文字功底扎实,具备一定的实证能力;

• 思维敏锐清晰,具有良好的数据搜集处理能力,熟练使用金融分析相关软件;

• 热爱金融研究工作,能独立思考,善于完成富有挑战性的工作,具备较强的团队协作能力。

岗位职责:

1)信息、媒体及宣传管理 

• 确保定期监控有关新闻资讯,进行新闻信息的发布及管理;

• 负责媒体对接和主动宣传;

• 负责宣传材料印制和更新维护;

• 协调媒体公关公司工作,确保公关公司按照工作要求进行。

2)企业文化组织工作;

• 计划组织企业文化培训及宣贯,营造和提升文化。

• 有创造性的进行企业文化各项工作组织安排。

3)康委会组织工作

• 组织年度康委会整体计划及预算;

• 有效管理各协会活动, 组织及统一康委会活动。

4)商务接待

• 制订商务接待及公务接待的标准。

• 重要商务接待的组织、安排。

5)会务组织管理

• 统筹安排重要接待会议。

• 半年工作会议、全年工作会议的组织及安排。

6)制度建设及流程优化

任职要求:

• 具备大学本科或以上学历,经济、金融或行政管理相关专业尤佳;

Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager, Private Banking Department


岗位描述:


Responsibilities:

• Establish new business contact and expand the business portfolio of Private Banking Centre PRC related clients;

• Provide investment advisory service to Private Banking clients and selling banking solutions to Private Banking Customers;

• To manage customers’ portfolio by providing advisory service and perform trading order execution for clients;

• Sell and cross-sell investment/FX/securities products;

• To maintain cordial relationship with existing clients and potential clients;

• Assist Relationship Managers in the daily maintenance of customer relationships;

• Frequent travel.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Information Technology, New Energy, New Materials Science and Engineering majors are preferred;

• Minimum 5 years private banking/ wealth management experience or equivalent, PRC experience is an advantage;

• Holder of professional qualifications such as ECF-RWM, CPWP, CFMP, FRM CPA and CB will be an advantage;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;

• Candidate with more experienced will be considered as Team Head.

Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking


岗位描述:


Responsibilities:

• Independently initiating, developing and maintaining corporate business portfolio including lending, trade finance and deposits for local mid-cap and large corporates;

• Aggressive in exploring new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of the Bank’s corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, trade financing, structured transactions , syndication, treasury and other financial services;

• Conduct credit analysis and prepare well-structured credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments;

Requirements:

• Degree holders or above in Business, Mathematical Statistics, Information Technology, New Energy, New Materials Science and Engineering majors are preferred;

• Minimum 2 years relationship manager with proven track record in handling business independently.

• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge of corporate banking products and relevant Hong Kong SAR and the China banking regulations.

• Familiarize with office software and fluent English and Putonghua;

• Independent, outgoing, pleasant and self-disciplined personality, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a good team player;

• Candidates have more experience will be consider as Relationship Manager.

Assistant Manager / Manager, Custody Service and Product Management


岗位描述:


Responsibilities:

• Assist client on-boarding process, perform client due diligence and KYC review.

• Oversees custody clients’ instructions including (but not limited to) remittances and trade instructions to ensure client instructions are well taken care of.

• Serve as a coordinator, working between clients, LCD, Risk Dept and back office to deliver asset custody solutions.

• Taking up ad hoc project and assignments for new products and system enhancement.

• To add value and ensure custodian services and operation with proper controls to fulfill customer requirements and avoid compliance and audit issues.

Requirements:

• University undergraduate.

• Good knowledge and understanding of Global Custody Services with minimum 4 years’ experience or above.

• Good knowledge in securities services, trade settlement life cycle and market practice for products, i.e. fixed income, equity and funds.

• Familiar with CCASS and SWIFT is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, fast learner and self-starter.

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.

AVP / Vice President, Debt Capital Markets

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist the team in Fixed income deal execution, including structuring, documentation, implementation of internal approval processes;

• Prepare pitching materials to provide market intelligence and other information relevant to the client’s funding needs;

• Prepare bond underwriters’ bidding materials;

• Prepare reporting materials for internal procedure purpose;

• Update market information and provide research information for debt issuance activities in different markets.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematical Statistics, Information Technology, New Energy, New Materials Science and Engineering majors are preferred;

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in DCM;

• Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure;

• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure;

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Wind;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Vice President.

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product development and enhancement of corporate banking products;

• Conduct market research and analysis, identify and develop new business opportunities;

• Prepare business plan and product proposal;

• Manage the product policy;

• Work closely with relationship managers to provide financial solutions to customers;

• Provide training to relationship managers;

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in business management, finance, economics, engineering, computer science or other relevant specialty.

• Minimum 5 years of trade finance products management/sales experience in banking industry.

• Good knowledge on trade finance products, corporate banking products, trade Finance will be an advantage.

• Self-driven and proactive.

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President.

Business Management and Analyst Manager- Private Banking

Responsibilities:

1)Perform business analysis, review and prepare user requirements document for projects & product implementation, ensure the functional design meets expectation of end users.

2)Participate in full project life cycle and develop related documents, including but not limited to:

• Collaborate with internal teams and other department to develop business requirements and business processes for private banking product and online platforms;

• Communicate and document the business requirements, business processes and use cases;

• Review system design to ensure the functional design meets expectation of business requirement;

• Prepare testing scenario and plans, conduct testing and quality assurance.

3)Prepare and provide system related training to other teams.

4)Perform any other business management duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Administration or IT related.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience on preparing business requirement for banking industry.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• A team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Innovative and able to work independently and under pressure.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is a plus.

Manager, Special Asset Management - Risk Department


岗位描述:


Responsibilities:

• Manage the problem loan of the corporate account and report the progress of the problem loan on periodical basis.

• Conduct credit control and policy review for special assets management.

• Assess debtors’ financial status and formulate feasible repayment plans;

• Liaise with external law firms on all legal aspects relating to recovery actions against delinquent customers and monitor the progress;

• Recommend, modify and implement the recovery strategy and manage the assigned non-performing loan (NPL) accounts within acceptable risk parameters;

• Restructure problem loans and monitor their performances.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Risk Management, Business, Law school or other relevant qualifications;

• 2 years or above of relevant experience in special asset management in banks;

• Candidates with relevant experience gained from sizable CPA firm are also eligible. 

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;

• Proficiency in written Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

Market Risk and Counterparty Risk Manager


岗位描述:


Responsibilities:

• Monitor trading limits and exposure limits of traders.

• Prepare daily risk management report and ensure precise position.

• Ensure full compliance with internal risk management policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

• Advise and assist senior management on reviewing limits, risk management policy, trading process and procedures.

• Prepare and provide market risk and counterparty credit risk related information or statistics to senior management and regulators.

• Develop risk technologies and systems for monitoring and expanding scope of products and trading strategies.

• Identify business processes that interfere with accuracy of exposure analysis and work in collaboration with associated departments to ensure transparent and accurate views of market risk.

• Perform ad hoc project assigned by senior management or in relations to market risk and counterparty credit risk management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Math/ Physics/ Financial Engineering / Risk Management / Quantitative Finance, etc.

• Professional qualification(s) FRM, CFA or equivalent is definitely a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in market risk management,counterparty credit risk management, product control or risk system development in banking industry. Experience in quantitative analysis, VBA coding will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge in risk management and valuation methods for various foreign exchange, interest rate and structured products, and analyze related value changes.

• Experience in new product development (treasury products), risk assessment control and monitoring framework development, system implementation development and enhancement.

• Good system skills in operating Treasury systems, e.g. Murex, Bloomberg and Reuters are preferred.

• Self-motivated with strong analytical and people skills as well as risk control sense.
